We do not constrain ourselves with standard interviewing processes, for this would reduce our communications to plain stereotypes and old practises. Each meeting is unique and spontaneous, both on your behalf and ours.
Most of the time our client’s job descriptions describe the personality traits of a “superhero”, however we know that the professional path is a string of successes, of failure, of doubt, of meetings that may lead somewhere or not – and knowing this is a real benefit. Be real and do not forget that we also develop and improve whilst determining your professional path.
Our exchange is likely to be useful in the future. Perhaps we will have the ideal position to offer you on our first meeting and at the very least, we will form a long-term and valued relationship and will be on standby for you, sometimes even several years later.
